i want to reply for the ticket as the riot support asked me for , but everytime i respond and i check my ticket i dont find my reply and it feels like i didnt send any reply even tho the website told me that the reply was succesfuly added , here are some prooves the ticket says last time updated was 12 hours ago ( even i sent my reply ) but when i enter the ticket i dont find my reply? i really need help
