Trouble installing dlc for mechwarrior 5 on epic game store

I'm not sure if I'm just doing it wrong or something but I click on modify installation and it brings up a menu that says "MW5 Inner sphere DLC audience" and it has a spinning circle under actions and no size listed. I've let it sit for close to 30min and it doesn't change. If I launch the game it doesn't list my dlc as owned on the games start page either (not sure if it should) but it does list it in the actual store as owned
