Stuck on 100mbps

So i have a 2.5gbps and i saw RTL8125/r8169 Don't really work with ospree and i can't get a connection more than 100mbps it's there a way to force one sudo ethtool -s eth0 speed 1000 duplex full autoneg off doesn't work and i really tried a lot of things and nothing worked any solutions?
