having fps drops really hard

After the patch my game is lagging really hard like i had around 180 - 200 fps but after the update its like 60- 90 fps + when i spawn its 90 as soon as i move or go on site it goes like 5 - 15 fps , updated drivers (i was using driver booster 13) also i was on windows 10, reinstalled the game still had same issue , upgraded to windows 11 thought would fix the issue but it didnt i still face the same issue and i already got it checked from the computer guy there was no hardware issues, can anyone help me out ?
