valo lets my pc restart

hiii, everytime I launch valo it lets me sit in the begin screen for 1 min and then it restarts my pc.. im not getting any error and i feel like ive tried everything AA. it cant be any parts of my pc because ive basically renewed everything because i thought that was the issue first.. please help a girl out!!
