No "Install Steam" Button

Hello, I have an M1 MacBook Air and I decided to use Heroic Games Launcher as I heard it was the easiest way to go about it. The problem is, my games kept stopping at 100% and had said they were stopping the download. I tried to wait it out but it still remained. So I decided to uninstall it so I could reinstall it. The problem is, the install steam button never came back. When I try to do it manually with the install steam file (I could be doing it wrong) I get an error message.
