I tried to rpm install idrive (https://www.idrive.com/online-backup-download) it's just an cloud backup service, pretty well established. There is no flatpack that I could find. I received the rpm-ostree error so I tried to create a distroshelf (Fedora) container, installed it, exported the application. When I click on the icon of the exported application nothing happens.
I am unsure how to proceed, I do not want to use the CLI version of the client at this time, I am still learning.

Solution
Solved: Use distrobox to create an ubuntu container (22.04) - 24.04 has an error with a necessary package. Install the .deb package Install libasound.so.2 via sudo apt-get install libasound2 Should now work via shortcut or CLI idriveforlinux
