Exporting sass variables to JS/TS during build

I have a library that I write in TS and SCSS, and distribute built (obviously) in .js, .d.ts and .css files (and .scss when I find how to do it).
I have the following scss file defining a bunch of variables containing colors :
I have a js/ts file, I want it to have the equivalent of the following definitions :
I know there's a js part of sass, that allows to read files and synchronously or asynchronously compile them, either into css or to extract stuff from it.
The issue is that I don't want to risk that the users of my library see sass code execute on their browser or even in Node ; I would like sass-js to do the extraction from scss to js at build time of my library.
So, I wrote the .d.ts file to declare the types of the file above (I suppose it's easier if sass only has to deal with JS and values, not TS and types), but I don't know what to do next.
