World will not load anything or do anything after installing DH

Forge/NeoforgeI just installed Distant horizons (confirmed all my other mods are working together without it) And this is what happens when I load into or try to create a world. I cannot move my camera around, pressing esc does not open the menu, and the window is very laggy. I didnt find anything on this in the FAQ or common problems, does anyone know what it is? The game does not crash so no crash logs.
