Cannot get grub menu to show on normal boot

question

I have a dual boot setup with windows and bazzite. I've ran ⁨⁨

ujust regenerate-grub

ujust regenerate-grub

⁩⁩ and ⁨⁨

ujust configure-grub

ujust configure-grub

⁩⁩ and set it to always show. I've also changed the configuration a bit:
⁨⁨

user@bazzite:~$ sudo grub2-editenv list
boot_success=1
boot_indeterminate=0
menu_auto_hide=0
timeout=15

user@bazzite:~$ sudo grub2-editenv list
boot_success=1
boot_indeterminate=0
menu_auto_hide=0
timeout=15

I also have fastboot, tpm and secure boot disabled as well as fedora set as the default boot option in BIOS. However the only way I've managed to get grub to show is only if I spam F12 during boot and select fedora and only then does it show. Any other way of booting or restarting it drops me straight into bazzite
