random ping spike

for the past few days ive been having random ping spikes occur on only valorant. I'll be at 20 - 40 ping which is usually my average up to 1000 randomly for a few seconds. No other games like roblox, fortnite, etc are having this issue. I did lots of optimizations like changing my dns, allowing valorant through firewall, network buffering. Im using Nvidia graphics card. This issue literally just begun a few days ago and ill have a few games here and there that don't have any problems. I don't believe its a wifi issue either since my brother is in the room next to me and he gets his regular ping on every game. If anyone has any way to solve this I'd appreciate it alot.
