Hello everyone
I really need help. My Valorant account was stolen about 12 days ago(20/01/2026), and I’ve been trying to contact Riot Support since then with no response.
I submitted two tickets and sent emails containing all the required information (purchase history, skins I bought, payment method, and account details) that clearly prove the account is mine, but I still haven’t received any reply
This account means a lot to me, and I’m honestly feeling sad about it , because I didn’t get any response 12 days .
If any Riot staff or moderator is here, please help escalate my case or guide me on what to do next.
