Cron/heartbeat timing limitation - can't send reminders at exact times?

Just set up OpenClaw and loving it so far, but I've hit a wall with time-based reminders.
I asked my assistant to send prayer time reminders at specific times (e.g., 4:53 PM for Asr), but it admitted it can't reliably do this. The cron system apparently relies on periodic heartbeat checks, so there's always a delay โ sometimes minutes.
Is this a known limitation? Has anyone found a workaround for precise scheduling?
