Promotion matches glitch

I am playing PUBG on an emulator, and I meet all the requirements to play promotion matches. I join the match by ticking the promotion match option from the lobby, but after the match ends, it does not count as a promotion match. Even if I get a Chicken Dinner, it still doesn’t get added.
I have 2–3 friends facing the same issue; their promotion matches are also not being counted.
