Help with Menu button suddenly not responding

Hi! Wondering if anyone can help? I have a GPD win mini 2025 with Bazzite installed. The menu button used to work (same as clicking on “menu” on the bottom left of the screen). I also use menu+a to bring up the side bar. Now the menu button doesn’t respond at all. I didn’t change any settings afaik.
When I go into settings -> controller->test device inputs and press menu button, it lights up on the controller picture on screen. Seems like the button is working and it must be a software thing. When I boot into windows, it works as intended so it’s definitely not a hardware problem…
I am on latest (I just ran just update yesterday)
Any help would be appreciated!
