I checked your career results and it seems like you do not have any squad wins in Diamond tier or above.
There is one win but since the match was started in Platinum tier, it might not count in regional rankings.
If you get a win in Diamond tier and if it still doesn't count, you can report this as a bug from https://pubgmobile.live/bugs.
