Valorant lagging all of a sudden

I hopped on yesterday just to play a quick game on one site but I was lagging really hard and didn't know the reason. Every other game I played then was perfectly fine but when I hopped on valorant it was just spamming the high average ping alert and sometimes the network problem. I can't seem to find a fix but I didn't check which server I was joining so I could be on something that isn't mine
