Hello Everyone, no application in this modern world takes longer than 24 hours to resolve any kind of issue. I have seen some issues being stuck for months at Supabase. Tickets are stacking up and resolutions are falling to NONE/NULL. Is Supabase the company working? Does Supabase have any support at all(even if it is AI)? If yes, then it is a false saying. If there is an actual support team trying to solve the problems, then there are a lot of common problems that should be resolved and have a common solution, which shouldn't repeat. Hire more people or reduce the latency on the tickets you are receiving by finding a common solution. Initially, I fell in love with Supabase, but later on, by facing the company's support. I am scared. I hope you guys will fix your organization.
