Bazzite, Windows and Secure Boot

questionhardware-compat
Hey everyone. This might've been better as multiple different questions, but in the interest of giving everyone context here's the situation:

I'm currently running Bazzite on a 1TB SSD and have Windows installed on a 2TB SSD. I haven't been able to enable secure boot since I never get the "Enroll MOK" option and only get "Reset MOK" instead.

My plan going forward is to wipe the 2TB drive, clone Bazzite to the larger drive and then reinstall Windows on the 1TB drive. At the end I'd like to have Secure Boot enabled with both OSes on the right drives. I'm using an Asus ProArt X670 motherboard in case it's relevant.

My questions are:
1 - What's the best way to do the cloning portion? Any recommended tools that play particularly nice with Bazzite?
2 - What's going on with the Secure Boot? I followed all steps for Method B of enabling secure boot to no success. I've heard this particular motherboard is stubborn with secure mode, but someone might have experience with this issue.
