Wrongful Permanent Account Suspension! Please Help!

I have only been a console user since I installed the game the year it released to console. I have never ever in my life even considered using cheats in any game. I just got a new pc last summer and have only used it to play sims, minecraft, resident evil, and cyberpunk 2077 for modding. I installed valorant to my pc to see what it was like to play that game with a keyboard and mouse. Im someone who still isn’t well versed in pc’s or gaming on pc’s and modding. One thing I definitely don’t know how to do is cheat on ANY game like valorant nor would I try to. I’ve had valorant installed on my pc for not even that long and I only JUST tried playing it on my pc on sunday Feb 1st.
Here’s what happened:

I (for the FIRST time) tried to play valorant on my NEW pc. I loaded the game the first time and had an error less than 3 ish minutes into the training. I didn’t understand it so I tried updating the game. The second time I tried to load the game, again in the first few minutes into the training, I got the error again. I tried reading it this time and saw NVIDIA in it (I use my pc to mod my sims and at least understand I needed the app for that but I don’t even know what the app is or how to use it, I have NEVER tried playing shooter games on my pc EVER, valorant is the FIRST I tried to actually play, I NEVER cheat. I am AN XBOX PLAYER!!) and I found an update on NVIDIA so I updated it, which at this point I still have no idea what that even is!! I load the game the third and final time and get the error again so I tried to dive into it and follow the steps which it brought me to some settings I couldn’t change unless I messed with the motherboard or something and at that point I gave up because that’s too complex for me. I never even played the game riot!! So I will never play valorant on my pc, nor did I expect me just trying to load the game would result in me being PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED!!! I have been a loyal gamer on my xbox for the past almost 2 years, I have NEVER cheated in ANY game I have ever played. The fact that I was banned so fast for going on valorant on my pc with mods for other games baffles me.
This entire explanation I put in my ticket still wasn’t enough, I feel that I had a bot respond to my ticket because it said that after review my account was fairly perma suspended and that cheating occurred. HOW COULD IT HAVE OCCURRED?!?! I didn’t even get past the tutorial and not even that, I WASNT AWARE THAT MY MODS = CHEATING???? And for entirely DIFFERENT GAMES!!!
I am not hiding that I use mods but riot I haven’t even had the chance to use the game on my pc, if my mods for other games can be detected as cheating then I will stick to my console. I had ZERO intentions of using ANYTHING for val besides the base game. I merely wanted to know what it was like to play a shooter game with mouse and keyboard. I have only ever played mod-able games. I don’t want to lose my account. Also banning my whole IP address is insane. I don’t deserve this ban. PLEASE someone help me.

This guy helped me get unbanned, thank you all for your help on this, I’m grateful for the time you took to help me
