Please help connecting to a tunnel from cloudflare workers & pages

WorkersI want to achieve the following setup:
1. Request reaches a worker
2. Worker checks if request is from some paths, if yes, werve a kv stored astro page
3. If not, worker proxy the connection to my coolify server with a hard coded host header (resourcename.dietit.co)
4. Traefik on Coolify does the rest.
Is it possible to achieve this without making any resource from coolify public (I don't want to expose anything to the internet without going through this worker that actes as a reverse proxy).
If not, what's my best shot here?
I just spent the last two days suffering into documentation that doesn't make sense on the new UI and bugs on the
