Higher than normal ping

Play in the US East servers. Mainly on Virginia, Illinois and Georgia servers. I average about 10, 20, and 25 ping for those servers. Now I am getting 35, 45, and 50 on those servers while also having packet loss issues (consistent spiking throughout the game at about 5% - 15%). Any way to solve this?
