Hi,
We are experiencing a critical issue with the Neon and Vercel integration that requires immediate attention.
Since the issue began, our Neon database has started deleting data and is now completely inaccessible. Additionally, our existing Organisation appears to have been removed — we are being prompted to create a new one, despite having an active account with existing projects and data.
This is severely impacting our operations and suggests something has gone fundamentally wrong on the platform side.
Could someone from your team please investigate this as a matter of urgency?
