Migrate from Synology to Unraid

I am trying to migrate my installation from Synology to Unraid but am running into an issue where the database will not restore the backup. I have followed the Backup/Restore documentation to use the GUI plus the CLI. After I performed the CLI commands, the Immich server is now in a constant loop. If I delete the postgres data and compose up a new instance, everything starts up fine. However, I cannot get the backup to restore on the server to bring back all of my database.
