Lost Bazzite Boot Option

Hi hope someone can help. My Bazzite boot option in Bios has disappeared and will now only boot into Windows. I have a dual boot setup installed on a Legion Go 2 that has been working fine until today. Here's what I have done this morning since Bazzite disappeared:
1. Changed boot order back to Windows so I could install the new LeGo2 Bios update that came out. Installed that successfully and booted back into windows.,
2. Remembered that I did not enrol the key for secure boot when I installed Bazzite a week ago, so went back into the Bios, turned off secure boot in Bios so I could enrol the key in Bazzite and then was going to reenable secure boot in Bios (please let me know if this is incorrect or was not needed) and boot back into Bazzite.,
3. Whilst there also changed the frame buffer back to Auto from 12GB as I have heard this is best for Bazzite.,
After this all Bazzite boot options have disappeared from the Bios menu and only Windows is showing. Any idea how to fix? Thank you.
