mouse disconnecting and reconnecting

i tried everything from device manager to power plan to even going into bios, i uninstalled valorant to see if anything would happen, my mouse isnt disconnecting at all, i reinstall it and the issue comes back, this time i only uninstalled vanguard to see if it would stop disconnecting, and it did stop completely, any thoughts?
