My Account doesnt exsist?

Well i have a certain issue with my main valorant account if i try to log in on it it says that this account doesnt exist but i 100% know it exist because i was playing on it a couple days ago and i dont know what to do because i really enjoy the game and spend a lot of money on it.
since im new with this discord server i dindt know where to put it i already opend a ticket on the website but it kept saying "this website doesnt exitst oops"
