Template download failed

Upon running bun create nuxt@latest, I get this error.
I'm trying to learn Nuxt but I am encountering this error upon initializing the project.
I am on a fresh windows install, I have bun installed, not npm.
I am assuming that there is some dependency that needs installing.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
