Troubles with Immich Setup on Synology NAS Post-Installation

I am trying to set up Immich with a Synology NAS following this example (https://docs.immich.app/install/synology), and have completed each step successfully until I hit the post-installation step of accessing the web application (https://docs.immich.app/install/post-install) by going to the URL http://<machine-ip-address>:2283. I have included the env (.env on the NAS) file and the .yml files as well. Any help would be much appreciated!
