I Just Got Banned For the things i didnt do

So today i was playing val, until i got disconnected and there says "error Van 185"
and then im trying to Log in again, but its stuck on loading screen, so after a while im figuring out how to fix it, i can finally login again, BUT I GOT SUSPENDED for 3 days for the things i didnt mean to do AND IM TRYING to RECONNECT, how is it my fault and how i get banned??
