Why is my RR so low?

I have been Plat 1-3 for the longest time but this season when the hard reset came, I went from 50 points Gold 1 to like 20 points Plat 1 in like 2 days. Ever since then, I pretty much have stayed in Plat with the rare occasion of getting demoted yesterday.
Why am I playing so many silvers in Plat? These silvers are not even Smurfs, it’s super easy but the RR is insane, like 10-13 points for a win is wild.
Does anyone know why?
