UI glitch in v1.14 and 1.15

We are currently on self host and were trying to upgrade from v1.13 to v1.14 and further to v1.15.
There is a minor issue we notice in both v1.14 and v1.15 while using the application in chrome on a windows machine.Have attached a recording of the issue.
Although it's not impacting any of the functionality but we wanted to be clear if it's kind of known issue or something wrong in our upgrade. We are trying the upgrades in our staging env and want to ensure things are ok before we try to upgrade our prod env.
