Beacon initial calibration issues

Hey everyone. Just built my v-core 4.1 500mm and Im to the point where I need to do the Beacon initial calibration command and when I do, it homes the X and Y correctly. But then pushes the bed to the bottom of the machine till it bottoms out and the steppers just angrily vibrate till I hit the e stop. I have tried with both and ! And no ! In front of the dir pin in the config and it still just sends the bed to the bottom of the machine. Any help?
