Valorant verification

basically, valorant wants me to verify my accound, which wouldnt be that hard if had my logins to my gmail that is linked to the riot acccount. I cant even turn off the verification factor cuz i still need verification code from the gmail. I ve already sent 2 tickets but its been like 3 days. My tickets doesnt even show on the tickets list. Even if i would get updated it would go to the old email. Is there a way rito can just unlink my old mail and link a new one. HELP ME PLEASE
