anchor positioning broken with body scroll bar

front-endHi, consider the 2 screenshots, the pop up blue box appears well when the scrollbar is well at the top, like we didn't scroll the main body. But if we did scroll, the pop up is a bit "broken", is there a way to adjust that pls.
