Booting Problems

I recently built a budget gaming PC using an AMD Radeon RX 6600 GPU and an AMD Ryzen 5 5500 CPU on a Gigabyte B550 Eagle WiFi6 MB with 16 Gigs of DDR 4 RAM.
Whenever I try to boot normally the computer would enter in the Kernel then nothing would happen after that, The screen would go black then eventually my monitor would turn off.
I can get things to work if I press E on the ostree: 1 option and add 'noapic' to the end of the linux line. However, my computer is suck in 1024x768 resolution and is struggling to run games.
Nubby's Number Factory: The game is playable with some graphical issues.
Under Night In-Birth 2: Game struggles to read inputs unless I mash my controller and mouse 1 during the OP movie. Game crashes when entering Character Select screen.
Deadlock & Granblue Fantasy VS Rising: Game runs at 1-3 frames per second and I can't make any inputs.
I've tried 2 different verions of Proton (Proton 9 & 10)
I tried to update the AMD drivers, and fixing the resolution via the terminal and I'm thinking of rolling back to a previous version of Bazzite.
Is there anything else I can try?
