Worker throwing 1101 errors all of a sudden

WorkersHey yall. I made a tiny change to my worker (added a few array elements, which should not be causing any errors) and the worker now throws 1101 exception errors.
Even the preview pane returns expected results and shows no errors upon executing the worker, however visiting the worker URL, 1101 errors are returned.
I tried checking observability for errors but neither errors nor success logs are being logged. (seems like problems with observability)
Is there an ongoing problem with the workers platform?
