Arknights: Endfield launcher freezes when launched

after launching the arknights endfield launcher(GRYPHLINK), it freezes after about 2-4 minutes.
i've tried both
when this happens, the window can't be moved unless i press the windows key, and shortcuts like alt+f4 don't work either.
environment :
- arch linux (6.18.8-arch2-1)
- kde plasma 6.5.5 (xorg, the same issue occurs on both wayland and xorg)
- heroic launcher was installed via flatpak
