Bug: Session corruption โ orphaned functions_tts_0 tool_use after compaction

My main session broke for 3 hours with this error on every request (all models):
LLM request rejected: messages.125: tool_use ids were found without tool_result blocks immediately after: functions_tts_0. Each tool_use block must have a corresponding tool_result block in the next message.
Investigated the JSONL โ no orphaned tool_use/tool_result pairs in the raw stored messages. The functions_tts_0 reference only appears inside compacted/reconstructed messages. Looks like compaction dropped a tool_result for an internal TTS tool call.
Fix was deleting the session and restarting gateway. Suggestion: compaction should validate tool_use/tool_result pairing or auto-inject synthetic tool_results for orphans.
