Unable To Disable Chunk Generation?

PluginI'm currently in the middle of updating my server and I've gotten to updating DH's server plugin, but I noticed that I'm unable to disable its chunk generation? Even after doing the singular config option to turn it off, the server/plugin seems to completely ignore it.
