Hosted seafloor instance stuck loading model forever

- Model dropdown stuck on "loading..." forever
- Blank/empty replies to everything
- No Settings or Providers button visible in dashboard
- Tried restart + reboot + hard refresh + incognito
- Logs only show normal Bonjour watchdog stuff
