Clowdbot instance stuck in starting mode

From https://clowd.bot/ I launched an instance, was discussing with the agent from the chat, asked for a change of model and then next question got an empty response. I tried to restart the instance, but it seems it is stuck and I cannot even delete it. I cannot even debug because the open dashboard is not even showing anymore, to open configuration or the logs. Seems related to maybe this https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/issues/10170 bug.

Summary for future folks: if a clowd.bot hosted instance gets stuck in “Starting” and you can’t open dashboard/logs or delete it, email support@atxp.ai with the instance UUID + timestamp + what you changed (e.g. model switch) and they can force-repair/force-delete it.
