Playing fallout 4 crash hard resets PC

This only happens when playing fallout 4, but it will randomly crash and my screen will go black and my pc restarts. This happens completely randomly when playing so I can't recreate it. Its not an overheating issue because my temps don't go above 75C. Hoping there is come logs somewhere that would tell me why this is happening. Thanks
