Installation stuck at partitions (dual boot with Windwos)

Hi, I'm halfway through the installation video for dual booting (found here https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Installation_Guide/Installing_Bazzite_for_Desktop_or_Laptop_Hardware/) and some things aren't right.
1. On the homepage, it says "Dual Boot Setup with Secure Boot Enabled", but in the video, the instruction is to disable it
2. The installer in the video is not the one I'm seeing on the iso I just downloaded. Not cool. Same for the screenshots on the page with installation instructions, they are of another installer.
I went along with the manual partitioning process shown in the video, but in Gparted, because this new installer I'm seeing here doesn't have those partitioning options. After creating the partitions from the video, I launched the installer and now it is telling me I don't have enough space on my disk (so apparently it is unable to let me choose existing partitions to install on).
