Can I install downloaded RPMs in any way?

So there is this app called Ticktick that I'd like to install. Bazaar has a Flatpak of it, but it's not official from the dev company. They have an Appimage and an rpm for download from their website. I just wanted to check if these rpms are any use for us in Bazzite, or AppImage is the way to go
