Bazaar not working categories are blank and unable to sync manually

Get this error when opening Bazaar for the first time, I am unable to use the Sync Manually option making the Bazaar marketplace unusable. Any way to resolve this as looking for others with the same issue shows no results, first time installer about an hour ago.
