Being blocked from accessing dashboard

When I try to log into my dashboard the login hangs infinitely and if I go into the network tab of dev tools I can see that the request to endpoint login fails with code 403 and the response is the classic you have been blocked error page.
Here is the ray id in case anyone knows what to do with it
