FEATURE REQUEST: Allow using shared git repos

WorkersFor security reasons many orgs share repos with specific accounts used only to connect with third party services. This limits the risks for any compromised accounts. For example:
@Cloudflare shares read-only access to private repo @Cloudflare/test with @Cloudflare-publisher
When connecting the git account @Cloudflare-publisher, @Cloudflare/test isn't visible. It will only show repos owned by @Cloudflare-publisher.
