365 day FALSE suspension

i recently got false suspended for a year and it was for "intentionally throwing" because i had to go afk to use the bathroom. i told my friend not to start the game becuase i had to use the bathroom but he started it anyway telling me to "hold it" and me not wanting to get suspended for like an hour or two for dodging i decide to try and just play the game. and it gets pretty far into the game and i cant hold it in anymore and so i have to use the bathroom or i would LITERALLY SHIT MYSELF. and when i get back i was only afk for 2 rounds we were down 10-4 when i left andway and when i came back it was 12-4 so i dont think me being there would have helped. and i didnt even go NEGATIVE EITHER. but when i email riot they said it was for comms abuse but how would a comm abuse get me banned for a year?! AND also i just came back to the game like end of december and i realised someone hacked my account and was playing on it during the year i wasnt playing so any suspension that was already there wasnt even me. i just want this to be fixed so i can play with my friends or at the very least a full explanation on why i was suspended.
