Multi-channel Synchronization Issue
If a message is sent in the TUI, the following appears in the dashboard:

And I respond normally, but nothing appears in Telegram, as if I hadn't written anything.
If I write in Telegram, the chat appears normally, both in Tui and in the dashboard.
If I write in the dashboard, it appears normally, and it also appears in Tui, but it doesn't appear in Telegram.
